Ashley Lupo, BSN, RN
Future CRNA
We discussed my strengths and weaknesses and how to use those to my advantage; and he shared with me ideas as to how my professional experience better translates into the qualities of a CRNA. During our one-on-one meeting, Richard was able to instill in me the missing confidence I needed to walk into my interview and own it. And, after our meeting, I was more than prepared because days later I received a call with acceptance into the program! What I appreciate the most about Richard is he helped me identify and cultivate the growth and personal well-being I needed to prepare me for my CRNA interview, and now CRNA school.

Richard spoke to us at the 2022 Georgia Anesthesia Symposium on Blood Component Therapy and Ventilation Modalities. He took 2 subjects, which I think we can all agree are not the most popular and made them applicable and interesting. His discussions were very concise with great examples and left you with information you could actually apply to your practice. Richard is engaging, likeable and extremely knowledgeable which comes across during his talks.

I thought this was great, all CRNAs who are helping educate students should have to attend and interact in a class like this.
Very dynamic, Great presentation and informative.
Excellent speaker. Great topic when teaching students.
.....I also really enjoyed about how a truly constructive and non-punitive evaluation can be so beneficial to focus on problem areas.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional mentoring I received through Dream Maker Anesthesia. Richard Wilson, CRNA, is an amazing mentor whose guidance, encouragement, and expertise were truly invaluable throughout my journey. His unwavering support and personalized approach helped me navigate the challenges of anesthesia school with confidence. I honestly wouldn’t have completed the program without his guidance. He not only shared his knowledge but also instilled a sense of belief in myself that kept me going even during the toughest moments. I highly recommend his mentoring services to anyone looking to achieve their academic or professional goals.
